To the extent permitted by law, Liberty Roofing Group dba Pro-Tech Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services.

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the direct services rendered. This does not exclude liability for negligence, willful misconduct, or any statutory rights you may have.

Missed or late payments may incur additional fees or penalties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
